You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt it, scrape it, or impersonate NUFACE. Accounts, where offered, are your responsibility to keep secure.
3. Orders and pricing
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Taxes and import duties, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.
4. Returns and warranty
Devices may be returned within 60 days of delivery. Skincare and opened gels are final sale unless defective. Every device includes a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. See our returns & warranty page for the full policy.

All content, marks, and product imagery on this site belong to NUFACE and its licensors. No part may be reused without our written permission.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NUFACE is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or products beyond the value of your order.
